An office custodian at a medical office in Houston has been arrested for allegedly urinating in a coworker’s water bottle, infecting her with an STD.
The victim, who requested anonymity, stated that she began bringing her own water to work after noticing that the water from the office dispenser smelled and tasted strange.
When she didn’t finish the water, she’d leave it in the office to drink the next day.
She did notice, however, that the water she brought from home began to smell and taste bad as well, but she had no idea why.
When a colleague offered to make her coffee one fateful day in September, she requested that they use water from her bottle rather than the office dispenser due to the foul odor.
Her coworker examined the bottle and noticed that the water was yellow, prompting her to smell it.
“I raised it to my face, smelled it, and it smelled like urine,” the victim explained.
A urinalysis on the water was performed by a doctor at the hospital, which confirmed that it was contaminated with urine.
The victim then installed a spy camera in the office to catch the perpetrator.
She discovered that the office custodian, Lucio Catarino Diaz, had been rubbing his penis on her.

She reported the incident to police, providing them with video footage and two water bottles as evidence, which resulted in Diaz’s arrest.
Lab tests revealed that the victim, a married mother of two, had contracted an STD she had never had before.
The suspect tested positive for the same disease as well.
“It’s really just disgusting and my client will suffer the consequences of this man’s action for the rest of her life,” the victim’s attorney, Kim Spurlock said.
11 other victims have also come forward and are being tested for STDs.
Meanwhile, Diaz is held on immigration hold, and is being charged with Aggravated assault.
