Google’s senior vice president of knowledge and information, Prabhakar Raghavan, acknowledged the issue, stating that while the company aims to fix the tool, the nature of large language models (LLMs) means that “hallucinations”—instances where the AI gets things wrong—are an ongoing challenge.
