Microsoft is testing an integrated cryptocurrency wallet for Edge browser

The crypto wallet adds coupons, cashback and buy now pay later add-ons. 

The screenshots show that the cryptocurrency wallet can handle multiple cryptocurrency types and is “embedded in Edge, making it easy to use without installing any extension.” It will also keep track of your transactions and the changing value of your individual currencies. The “assets” tab allows you to adoringly gaze at your NFTs, while the “explore” tab provides cryptocurrency-related news stories. The wallet is “non-custodial” (additionally called “self-custodial”), implying that you have sole responsibility for obligation regarding the passwords and recuperation keys that permit admittance to your assets. If you forget your login information, Microsoft cannot allow you access again.

Screenshots of a beta version of the browser show what looks to be a built-in bitcoin wallet for Edge from Microsoft.
